Booking with us is easy as can be -To book our unit we ask of the following:
1. Please send your name, address, city, state, ZIP, home phone, work phone via email.
2. I will tentively put your name on my calander for the dates requesting.
3. You will then receive our welcome packet with a breakdown of your reservation and it requests a $200.00 deposit to hold your reservation. This deposit needs to be made as soon as we confirm your available dates. If deposit is not made within 7 days you will loose your reservation.
4. Forty five days prior to your arrival date, the balance of the payment will become due.
5. Upon receipt of your final payment, a final packet of information will be sent to you along with the code for the Lock Box on the door that contains the Key to your unit. Your final payment can be made with personal check, cashiers check – that is the reason for the long lead time, so your check will clear our bank before you arrive. or you can pay with a credit card through paypal.
