December 15th - April 15th $175.00 (2 person stay)
April 16th - December 14th $145.00 (2 person stay)
$10.00 a night extra per person up to a 4 person stay
$300.00 deposit required non refundable
$90.00 cleaning fee
13.41% lodging tax as of July 15th 2010
Booking with us is easy as can be!!
To book our unit we ask for the following:
1. Please send your name, address, city, state, ZIP, home phone, work phone via email.
2. I will tentatively put your name on my calendar for the dates requesting.
3. Upon the payment of the $300.00 deposit, we will get your welcome packet out with information on the condo and directions on how to pay the remaining balance.
This deposit needs to be made as soon as I confirm the dates you are requesting. If deposit is not made within 7 days you will loose your reservation.
4. 60 days prior to your arrival date, the balance of the payment will become due. Cancellation policy: if you need to cancel your reservation prior to the 60 days before your check in date, you will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel under the 60 days to your arrival date, no refund will be issued.
5. Upon receipt of your final payment, a packet of information will be sent to you along with the code for the Lock Box on the door. This contains the Key to your unit.
Your final payment can be made with personal check or cashiers check. You can also pay with a credit card through Paypal.

After we have confirmed your dates , (if paying by credit card), Click on the deposit . This reserves your reservation.

To pay your final payment by credit card, check back on this page at the bottom for your name. Click on your name and follow the directions. This link will be available 60 days prior to check in.
Your final payment is due no later than 60 days before your check in date.We may cancel your reservation if the full balance is not paid by your due date.
