10.00 a night extra per person up to a 4 person stay

Booking with us is easy as can be -
To book our unit we ask of the following:
1. Please send your name, address, city, state, ZIP, home phone, work phone via email.
2. I will tentively put your name on my calander for the dates requesting.
3. Upon the payment of the 300.00 deposit, we will get you your welcome packet out with information on the condo and directions on how to pay the remaining balance. This deposit needs to be made as soon as i confirm the dates you are requesting. If deposit is not made within 7 days you will loose your reservation.
4. 60 days prior to your arrival date, the balance of the payment will become due.
5. Upon receipt of your final payment, a final packet of information will be sent to you along with the code for the Lock Box on the door that contains the Key to your unit.
Your final payment can be made with personal check, cashiers check – that is the reason for the long lead time, so your check will clear our bank before you arrive. or you can pay with a credit card through paypal.

To pay your final payment by credit card, check back on this page at the bottom for your name. Click on your name and follow the directions. This link will be available 60 days prior to check in.
Your final payment is due no later than 60 days before your check in date.We may cancell your reservation if the full balance is not paid by your due date.
