About Maui
There are so many fun and exciting things Maui has to offer! From just relaxing on your own private Lanai(patio), to Golfing, Shopping, Snorkeling, Train ride, an amazing aquarium with so much more! We are one of the few units who invite you to bring your children.
A few things we enjoy doing when visiting Maui without our 3 kids are:
The Road to Hana.... This is an amazing adventure, it will take up most of your day, so pack a sack lunch and put your hiking boots on. This adventure begins with a fun filled drive with a fun stops along the way. Once you have reached Hana, you will experience the most beautiful pools and waterfalls.You hike back to a 400' waterfall with bamboo forest and 7 sacred pools along the way. Stop and take a relaxing swim in one of the beautiful pools. At the end of the hike you come to the most amazing waterfall ever. You can stand under it or go swimming.... You will have a blast! We do
If you or your loved one loves to surf, the bay to the left of us has great surfing, also you can drive to honaloa bay, North of Napili Bay.This bay was just featured in Surfing magazine about it amazing surfing on Maui.
Lahaina Town: For those of you who love to shop this is the place for you! Tons of amazing shops and restaurants to choose from. While there don't forget to stop at an ABC store and pick up souvenirs for those's left behind at home (our kids love souvenirs)
Now when we have our kids: we love to just hang out and enjoy the amazing beach the bay has to offer! We pack up, grab the boogie boards, a cooler of snacks and drinks and of coarse chairs.
Head to the beach and have some fun! Our kids are entertained for hours on end. You can also head over to the snorkel shop (Snorkel Bob's) which is in walking distance from the condo,on the way stop at the general store for a little treat!
Train Ride: You can also take a train ride on the old sugar train. This ride takes you to Lahaina town. We like to get off and walk over to grab a bite to eat and do a little shopping!
Aquarium: There also is an aquarium about 25 min south of the condo for those's of you who would like to see all the beautiful sea life!
For those's of you ladies who love to be pampered.....
There is a full service salon by the general store.
I love to get my nails and toes done, they also offer a men's pedicure and manicure(this is where my husband experienced his first manicure!)
